OSTKAKEBOKEN

Ostkaka is a dessert that is very important for the inhabitants of Småland. So much so that there is even an organization dedicated to it, called Ostkakans Vänner, which works to preserve the traditions of ostkaka and promote the Småland region. They publish a book filled with recipes, historical stories, and beautiful photographs every five years and I had the privilege of designing the latest edition, handling both the layout and the photography.
